0) Exchange operations is currently shipped with Evolution itself. Ship it with Exchange Operations, as it seems only b useful if Exchange Operations is installed anyway.

Seems logical.  I'm curious what the issues are (or were).

Exchange Operations isn't needed for the MAPI branch, right?

MAPI doesnt need this. In mapi, we would put the EPlugin as a external thingy. I wont prefer this way. No thoughts, why it was done this way earlier. But it was like this for years.
