It would be nice to at least provide smooth scrolling as an option, such as in Firefox.

Other information:
The Firefox scrolling style would be nice at least, just a basic animation of it.
The SmoothWheel extension provides a smoother, nicer scroll.  I have noticed this more graduated scroll in Opera on Windows and on the iPhone/iPod Touch.  It's probably other places, too.
