PiTiVi won't record from webcam

Please describe the problem: I launch PiTiVi. Select menu "File"->"Import from Webcam...". Led on webcam blinks. But there is no picture from webcam. After pressing "Start Recording" and "Stop Recording" buttons zero length .ogg file is created. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch PiTiVi 2. Select menu "File"->"Import from Webcam..." 3. Press "Start Recording" 4. Press "Stop Recording" Actual results: Zero length .ogg file is created Expected results: Recording video from webcam Does this happen every time? Thanks for reporting this bug, but the version of PiTiVi you filed this bug against is no longer supported. Please try again against a 0.13.x version of PiTiVi, and if the problem persists re-open this bug.
I've tried PiTiVi v0.13.3 but it still doesn't work with my webcam. The option "Project"->"Import from Webcam..." even isn't enabled now.
I can confirm, PiTiVi does not recognise my webcam, yet other applications do.
