"When ending a process, the message requiring user confirmation should contain the name of the process being terminated, as shown by gnome-system-monitor."

Shows process name and pid in the kill/renice dialogs

I'm attaching a patch which will show the proc name and PID of targeted process in the first message of the kill dialog and in the title of the renice dialog.

Warning: requires retranslation effort.
