Description Wouter Bolsterlee (uws) 2008-11-09 15:02:27 UTC
The summary says it all. When I "Open with Banshee" from the context menu in Nautilus everything works as expected.

Can you Drag and Drop files to the music library from Nautilus? This bug is possibly related to Bug 535128. From what I can tell, Bug 535128 is still a bug and shouldn't be marked as fixed (at least not the half about dragging from Nautilus into Banshee. Dragging to Nautilus seems to work as expected).

Gabriel, I see you recently changed the status of this to Needinfo. Could you comment on your reasoning for this?
Comment 4 Gabriel Burt 2009-03-26 03:51:25 UTC
You had asked a question and I thought the progress of the bug was blocked waiting on its answer.

Well in that case, thanks (ya know, 6 months late :-) ). In any case, I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of Bug 563380, which is a newer bug, but it covers a wider range of drag&drop issues and has a bit more discussion.

If anyone feels that this bug is different enough that it should exist as a separate bug report, fell free to re-open.
