Please describe the problem:
When 'use custom style' option in preferences dialog is unchecked, the custom style is used nevertheless.

When checking "use custom style" checkbox in the browser's properties, the changes apply immediately. But when unchecking the box, the changes require all instances of the browser to be closed in order to apply.
