The idea is to provide 4 sliders under the preferences window to control the pipeline through videobalance's settings.
Those settings should be stored in gconf.

Contrast: double, between 0.0 and 2.0 (default is 1.0)
Brightness: double, between -1.0 and 1.0 (default is 0.0)
Hue: double, between -1.0 and 1.0 (default is 0.0)
Saturation: double, between 0.0 and 2.0 (default is 1.0)
