Description António Lima 2008-10-30 22:45:38 UTC
I have sounds enabled in gconf-editor but there are no sounds notifications. I'm not sure how this should work (or if these are real sound notifications on new messagens) since I'm using this version of empathy for the first days.

I'm running Ubuntu 8.10.

Thanks for your report; sound events are not yet handled by Empathy, this is already handled and discussed in bug 528929.
