Possible solutions:

 - Add a left margin to the global nav
 - Change the zindex
 - Remove some tabs so that the nav fits 1024px
 - Lower the font size
 - Shorten some titles

Or maybe all of them ?

The site has to fit into 800 px width. The space should be available and the logo is hidden the tabs reach the left side. If zindex works, that's a good solution.

Home, "Getting Started", "Get Involved" and About will be in the first release, "Take a Tour", Success Stories and Products don't.
