-> Start evolution in offline 
-> Go to edit > preference > edit exchange account 
-> it pops up an error message (screen shot 1)
-> now close the window 
-> it again pops up an error message (screen shot 2)

Instead of these error messages, we should pop up a single error which says something like "exchange settings" tab won't be available in offline because tab  has delegation and other features besides  out of office.
