Please describe the problem:
Each function like adding a text field or creating a polygon are supposed to have a shortcut (Alt+T for example). However, they don't seem to work.

(Windows XP OS)

Note that the shortcut in Tools mention Shift+Alt+T, but this doesn't work either. (weird though that the shortcut is different : Alt+T in Dia.exe, Shift+Alt+T in .dia)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Dia
2. Try to add a text field without the mouse
3. 


Actual results:
Nothing much, instead of creating a text field.

Expected results:
Create a text field!

Does this happen every time?
