Please describe the problem:
Hi in reference to my issue (in German) 557310 I note an failure. When I minimize the application window, the toolbox window is visible further on the desctop. Otherwise the two GIMP-windows are in the background (behind)other active windows. It's unable to swith with <alt><tab> to the task. I have to minimize all other windows to find the active GIMP application.

GIMP minimized - Tool (non active window) on desctop

Here you see, that an inactive window is on the top of the windows desctop, alls task are minimized. 
In an earlier report I got the answer that the toolbox is an additional window to the work-window. This window is not always on the top when other windows are active, but finaly when I have minimized all windows I got this situation. 
The failure from yesterday, when the GIMP work-window didn't open when I clicked on the task-button, I couldn't repeat today.

Yes you are right, it sounds like my problem. In issue 557310 I remarked, that the toolbox has no min/max button in the headline. Only the close [X] is avalable. But if I click this button the whole application will be closed. 

When I click on the group-icon in the task-bar I see only the selected pictures - not the toolbox --> attachmet! The toolbox task is not recognized by the windows system

Question, is it possible to 'crimb' the toolbox-window on the 'picture'-window? The properties for the toolbox in GIMP-Property offered no chance to manipulate these situation.
