Please describe the problem:
when i choose automatically remember software running in gnome-session-properties -> options, 
then i got empty desktops (all 4) when i login
so no software are remembered at all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. follow the explanation above
2. logout
3. login


Actual results:


Expected results:
that application running when i logout are laucnhed when i login what is called session management

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
i use archlinux. it happened as soon as i upgraded to gnome 2.24.

how is that possible that a new major release ditch a major feature ?? and been released !!
