Please describe the problem:
If I accidently drag a file over a URL launcher file, the mouse pointer freezes in place for a few seconds! This seems to be triggered every time the pointer moves even a pixel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a launcher to a web site
2. Drag a file over/past the launcher
