Please describe the problem:
After added some directories to bookmarks, exit the program and enter again, the bookmarks were lost.

Steps to reproduce:
1. add some bookmarks
2. exit the program
3. enter the program again



Actual results:
The bookmarks added were lost!

Expected results:
I expect the bookmarks are still there

Does this happen every time?

I am using ubuntu 8.04

Have you bookmarked locations on non-local dirs or mounted devices (like USB, DVD)?

yes, i bookmarked a directory on one of the mounted NTFS partitions.

I can confirm this.

workaround: is to navigate to needed place not by selecting disks on the pane,
but via full path from root: in ubuntu /media/YourDisk/Your/Directory

the issue (or feature) connected to this is that gcmd treats mounted disks somehow outside the context of root, so you can't change to /home if you are browsing mounted disk (selected from gcmd pane)
