Reproducible on Ubuntu 8.10
Comment 3 Thorsten Sick 2009-09-14 19:32:56 UTC
I can not reproduce it with seahorse 2.26.1 (ubuntu 9.04) and seahorse 2.28.
The dialog seems normal, the heading is bold and no extra characters are visible.
(locale was "C")
Comment 4 Pablo Castellano (IRC: pablog) 2010-02-20 18:18:20 UTC
I can import keys on ubuntu 9.10.

As Thorsten Sick reports the same, I'm closing this bug. Don't hesitate to reopen it if this is still an issue for you.
