Description Dave Neary 2008-10-13 16:10:32 UTC
In OOo and Microsoft Office, hitting F5 when in normal mode starts presentation mode, but hitting F5 when in presentation mode does not exit that mode.

This is important because on many Kingston remote controls, the laser pointer button is also the "start presentation" button, and it sends an F5 key code.

So in OOo and MS Office, using the laser pointer does not exit presentation mode, but in Evince, it does, which is something of a pain.

I would like Evince to be compatible with these other presentation packages, which will allow me to use my laser pointer in presentation mode to blind sleeping audience members without upsetting the flow of my presentation.

I will attach an untested patch for evince 2.22 which does this (I believe).

Yes, sounds reasonable. Patch applied to svn trunk, thank you very much Dave.
