If you try to set a repetead event in your calendar in Evolution, it won't sync with Google Calendar. Neither repeated events created in Google Calendar are visible in Evolution

I can confirm this bug. Repeated events, like for example, birthdays doesn't show on Evolution.

I can also confirm that bug, Evolution seems to parse the ical format in a wrong way. DTSTART, DTEND and RRULE are missing when I compare the file in .evolution/cache/calendar with the .ics provided by google.

I can see that e_go_item_to_cal_component needs some work on that. Any idea if that's going to be fixed for 2.24? Any suggestions how I could help out?
