Description Marcin W. Dąbrowski 2008-10-02 20:31:58 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Calling filters by very fast repeating last used filter loses layer data - some tiles get completely black/transparent.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new image, white background.
2. <Image>/Filters/Blur/Gaussian blur..., OK (You can use any plugin.)
3. Press ^F quickly several times. Now you have checkerboard...

Actual results:
The layer loses data on some tiles.

Expected results:
The plugin calls should come one after another, now it seems like thay are working at the same time, on the same data, and some kind of race condition occurs.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
I can't compile GIMP myself, so any help in coding, providing patches, etc. is unlikely from my side.
