Description Umang 2008-09-26 14:30:26 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I don't seem to be able to use the Search: Filter Results at the top left of the UI of banshee to search by Artists.

I have checked that I'm using "All columns" for the search, and I've spelt the name exactly as it is in the tag and how Banshee displays it in the Artist column.

I've also checked case if that matters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Music Library
2. Look for an artist name
3. Type it in the search bar (e.g INXS)

Actual results:
I get no results

Expected results:
Get songs filtered by artists

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04. Used PPA from Launchpad to install. I'm completely up-to-date.

Thanks!
