GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 553951
Reconciling no longer works
Last modified: 2018-06-29 22:10:34 UTC
When I try to reconcile any account I am unable to change the statement date from 01/09/2008 and the drop-down calendar is frozen. I tried reinstalling gnome 2.2.6 and using the "check and repair" function - neither worked. It is either a bug in the gnucash program or that gnucash has corrupted my data file to give rise to this bug. Whatever the source I would really appreciate any help in getting the reconcile function back as it is very useful. I would gladly send some screenshots to demonstrate the bug better if required. Many thanks, James Lagan
Created attachment 119428 [details] This showed the bug. I am completely unable to change the statement date either by directly typing or by using the calendar function. This showed the bug. I am completely unable to change the statement date either by directly typing or by using the calendar function. The statement date stays as 01/09/2008 and the ending balance £17.74 (correct amount for that date)
Good news: this bug has already been fixed. Please upgrade to GnuCash 2.2.7, which was released yesterday. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 545722 ***
