Please describe the problem:
Everytime im exiting browser and opening it again im loosing all the cookies.


Steps to reproduce:
1. go to any site which allows you to enter username and password. http://ubuntuforums.org/ for example.
2. Enter your login and password. Press 'always remember my login'. Login
3. Open new tab and open forum again. Make sure your login was saved.
4. Reload browser and open ubuntuforums.org again.


Actual results:
U will be asked to enter your login and password again.

Expected results:
U should see that you already logged in as a forum member.

Does this happen every time?
Yes. Since first release of epiphany with webkit backend.

Other information:
My environment is gnome 2.23.92 and epiphany-webkit 2.23.91
