Please describe the problem:
(Refers to the new nautilus version 2.23.91 with tabs)
When opening a specific (see reproduction) second tab is opened the scrollbar of the first one disappears an the lower content is not reachable.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open nautilus and browse to a folder with enough files/folders within so that the scrollbar appears
2. Open "New Tab" so that the same folder is displayed again
3. Go back to the first tab


Actual results:
The scrollbar disappeares

Expected results:
The scrollbar should be displayed

Does this happen every time?
Yes
