Currently, using mouse scroll over rhythmbox tray icon is used for increase or decrease volume, but I think that it's not really needed as mixer-applet is added by default in gnome and can be used for the same purpose

Instead, I think that would be must more useful be able to skip to next and previous song using mouse scrolling like banshee already does
