The From: pulldown in a compose message window appears to sort from addresses as they are sorted in the Evolution Preferences->Mail Accounts window.  These cannot be sorted in the GUI and thus makes it difficult to pick the proper From: address when too many are defined.

Yeah, I'd say this is a dupe.  And also fixed in Evolution 3.4.
