GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 547721
GroupWise "Track Message Status..." available only in right-click contextual menu
Last modified: 2013-07-23 14:38:32 UTC
Downstream bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=204743 Using a GroupWise account: > Go to 'Sent Items' Folder > Right-click on an item > You will find a "Track Message Status..." However that dialog can not be involved from the message view itself. From the File, Edit, View and Message you can not find a way to invoke the "Track Message Status..." dialog. Other comments on downstream bug Developer Notes: This is not implemented earlier because the "Track message status" menu is constructed based on the folder-type (Sent Item). But the message menu is constructed based on the message selected. Solution: 1) Find a way by which you can find the name of the folder to which a message belongs and if it is of type Sent, then add the "Track message status" to the Message menu. Check Perf. for GW and non-GW accounts. 2) Or create a CAMEL_GW_SENT_ITEM flag which should be used for identifying GW sent messages and hence facilitating menu-generation etc.
Hint: We have meta bugs.
