Description Gnome Doesn't Respect GDPR 2008-08-09 07:24:03 UTC
When I copy am copying movies to my external hard disk I might pick a movie I have already copied. If the selection I have made is 5GB and the second file already exists I would expect a prompt for overwrite but for the other file transfers to continue. Once I return to the PC I can answer the dialog then the problem files would be processed. It would just make things so much more user friendly.
