Please describe the problem:
Pressing every other key initially, and then later every key, Evolution's email composer draws quadruplicate text, severely obscuring the ability to compose and edit mail.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press "New" or Ctrl-N
2. Tab down to the body text area
3. type a few characters


Actual results:
text is over-drawn four times in the window

Expected results:
only a single copy of text should be shown

Does this happen every time?
