Please describe the problem:
Login as a new user.
Create a local mail account (see comments for intructions)

After setup is complete, the local mail account is not display.
output from terminal shows:-

Steps to reproduce:
To setup local mail account:-
send a mail to the account before setting up evolution
e.g. /usr/bin/mailx -s "test mail" testuser < input_text_file

On setting up the account for testuser
Select All Applications, Internet, Evolution
Select Forward
Select Forward
Input full name "Test User"
Input email addresss testuser@testsystem
Select Forward
Select Server Type "Standard Unix mbox spool file"
Select Path "/var/mail/testuser"
Select Forward
Enable "Apply filters to new messages in INBOX"
Select Forward
Select Sendmail from drop down menu
Select Forward
Select Forward
Select Location
Select Forward
Select Apply

Actual results:
The unix mbox account is not shown

Expected results:
The local mail account should be shown.
