The guile module failed on bootstrap because he could not find the gmp module. However this modules is build and installed in the correct location. Build guild does not give custom library path's to the compiler to check if the library is installed.

        * jhbuild/config.py: add C_INCLUDE_DIR back and also set LDFLAGS, they
        are required for autoconf configure scripts to find some modules that
        do not use pkg-config.  (closes: #545018, #377724)
