If you select When Convenient, then Reply Requested: When Convenient appears at the top of the message. If you select Within x Days, then Reply Requested: By <varname>day month numeric day time year</varname> appears at the top of the message.


What the hell is that? A sentence? Get punctuation and use proper markup so I don't need four times of reading to understand this.

Click Reply Requested, then specify when you want to receive the reply.

When convenient:
Select this option to allow the recipients to reply at their convenience. If you select this option, <Reply Requested: When Convenient appears> at the top of the message. 
Within days:
Specify the number of days by when you need a reply.

This interface lets you configure your network proxy settings.
Use the following four options to configure the proxy settings:

Duplications. Change last sentence to:
=> The following options are available:


Specify the display duration for the error messages.
The messages remain in the statusbar for this specified time.

Merge.
=> Specify for how long error messages will be displayed in the statusbar.
