Right now you can go to "Data" menu and choose "Sort...", and sort your spreadsheet. Fine, but when the data in the spreadsheet changes, you have to go again in that menu, and refill all the sorting parameters to do another sort.

How about if you could save all your sorting parameters, which columns to sort by in what order, and then if you want to re-sort, have a shortcut to quickly re-sort, like F9 does recalculate.
