Overview Description: 
Evolution local folders need a refresh to show the contents

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Click on Drafts/Templates folder
2) Invoke a composer window
3) Save as Drafts/Templates
4) The Draft/Template is not reflected until a refresh
Always reproducible

Actual Results:
The Draft/Template is not shown and gives the impression that its not saved

Expected Results:
The Draft/Template is displayed
