When trying to transfer files to Ipod or other media player there is no cancel button. 
Transfering a large enaugh library causes rhythmbox to be frozen for hours without possibility to cancel the transfer.
Killing rhythmbox would cause fear to the user who doesn't know whether the media player's filesystem will be corrupted.
