GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 543643
Event from 0:00 to 0:00 is shown as a full-day event the day before
Last modified: 2012-08-06 15:19:58 UTC
Please see the screenshot [1]. The appointment is this one: METHOD:PUBLISH BEGIN:VEVENT X-WSS-COMPONENT:3916 X-WSS-LUID:IKQHDss2fDGDCixae0Gjlw== X-WSS-GOOGLEID:http: //www.google.com/calendar/feeds/romano.giannetti@gmail.com/private/full/n1 dbap4ji35i5q5bg3sj9ngnnk/63351472902 CLASS:PUBLIC CREATED:20080716T100213 DTSTART:20080829T000000 DTEND:20080829T000000 LAST-MODIFIED:20080716T100213 X-EPOCAGENDAENTRYTYPE:ANNIVERSARY PRIORITY:5 RRULE:FREQ=YEARLY;INTERVAL=1;BYMONTH=8 STATUS:CONFIRMED SUMMARY:Paola TRANSP:OPAQUE UID:19dc7daa5d534193801bac47f59c7358 DTSTAMP:20080716T100213Z RECURRENCE-ID:20080828T220000 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR (this is imported from scheduleworld; it arrived there as an original X-anniversary entry on a Nokia9500 phone, where it displays ok). It starts 20080829T000000 and end at the same time, but it is shown the day before on calendar. Google calendar has problems with this kind of events too, but it display them as an event between 0:00 and 1.00, which is not perfect but better than this. Created attachment 114790 [details] Entry shown the day before
RECURRENCE-ID:20080828T220000 That line might be why it's getting shown on the previous day. Why does that tag have 20080828 as the date?
NEEDINFO as per last comment. Nicolas, can you answer that? I don't see a bug here currently.
