Before I load the Last.fm pane, I don't have "Loved" as a station type in the "New Station" window (but I am a subscriber). But once I load the Last.fm pane, I can add a Loved station.

This seems related to bug 526613, in which the stations are not saved when restarting.

Alright, this is obviously a duplicate of bug 512464. It seemed like different behavior, but looking closer, it seems to be two sides of the same coin.
