Please describe the problem:
Tested on Windows xp sp3

Steps to reproduce
1. Open any image
2. Select File > Print...
3. Change tab to Image settings
4. Click on Adjust Page Size and Orientation
5. Press OK
6. Change tab to General
7. Change tab back to Image settings

Now are all controls disappeared.
