Add a Totem Conduit plugin

Here it is. It adds a "Share" entry to the "Movie" menu, under which are listed all the sharing options for videos, which is currently just YouTube. Clicking one while a video is playing connects to Conduit via DBus and sets up then runs the sync.

It's based off John Stowers' plugin for EOG.

Do with this what you will; I'll be unavailable for the next two months starting Monday, so any problems unfixed by then will have to be solved by someone else, or wait.

I'm marking this as depending on bug #459505, as that introduces some required changes to Totem. Technically it's a cyclic dependency, but let's not get into that.
