GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 542109
Evolution Mail and Calendar: I'm using evolution exch...
Last modified: 2008-08-22 07:01:34 UTC
I'm using evolution exchange connector and having a problem receiving meeing invitations. I do not see anything clickable in the message to add it to my calendar. I generate the meeting request using Outlook Web Access to my company's Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. This is the same server that Evolution Exchange is connected to. When I look at the email with Outlook Web Access, it shows that there is a meeting request and allows me to accept it. When I view the same email with Evolution Exchange, there is no opportunity to add it to my calendar. Distribution: Fedora release 9 (Sulphur) Gnome Release: 2.22.2 2008-05-28 (Red Hat, Inc) BugBuddy Version: 2.22.0
have you tried disabling 'prefer plain text' plugin in menu > edit > plugin. I guess you are facing bug 532384 which had been fixed.
Yes, you are absolutely correct. It appears to be exactly the same problem as described in bug 532384 and disabling the plugin fixed it. Thank you very much.
