Please describe the problem:
Month March is spelt as "M?z" in transaction report running the German version of GnuCash on a WinXP machine

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create transaction in March
2. Run transaction report (German: "Buchungsbericht") with monthly sub-total



Actual results:
Month March is spelt as "M?z"

Expected results:
Month March spelt as "März"

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Yes, it is. Patch http://svn.gnucash.org/trac/changeset/17257?format=diff&new=17257 resolved the issue. Thanks. :-)
