Please describe the problem:
When I create project and add Modules and Packages (gtk+-2.0) it is showed correctly. But when I close Project properties and open it again all Modules and Packages are erased. One way I can fix this is by closing and opening the project. Then Modules and Packages are listed.

Other way to fix this is with Project/Refresh.

Thanks for reporting this. I have just committed a fix in the trunk and the branch 2.24. It will be available in the next release.
