I am attempting to rip all my CDs at this moment, and some 5-10% of them are unknown by the metadata service. Alas, I can not figure out any way to edit the metadata (song, artist and disc names) before I rip. 

I am actually using  Rhythmbox. This is practically a blocker for me using Banshee.
