Description lcid-fire 2008-07-03 21:33:17 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Some tracks have an album which is totally wrong - since knowing not the correct album I at least would like it to be blank

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start banshee
2. Open metadata dialog
3. Delete the Album
4. Hit save

Actual results:
Nothing - the Album is still there

Expected results:
Either it being blank (would be prefered because then it's stands out) or "Unknown Album"

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
I fear this bug might be true for some other fields, too

I can confirm this and also find it very annoying.
Comment 2 Aaron Isotton 2008-08-05 22:57:01 UTC
I can confirm this bug (banshee 1.2.0, Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 3, amd64). I looked into the source shortly, but couldn't find anything obviously wrong.
