Description Tomasz Sałaciński 2008-07-02 08:46:01 UTC
I am using Epiphany 2.22.2 on Fedora Core 9. Some strings are not translatable, unfortunately. The list of strings:

1. To display this page, the application must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.

2. Enter username and password for [site name here]

3. Use Password Manager to remember this password

4. Bad certificate window is not translated (on Firefox it is), I am talking about the message generated by Gecko engine about bad certificates with the button "Add exception" etc.

5. Do you want Epiphany to remember this password? Never for this site, Not Now, Remember

I was doing intltool-update, but haven't found these strings. Intltool-update says that all strings are translated.

My locale: Polish (pl)

BTW. I wasn't able to find these strings even in Epiphany source directory, but it shows exactly these messages when you try to log in (for example to GMail).

Not sure how to tackle this one...I believe those strings come from Firefox/xulrunner itself. Maybe a full Polish translation is not available for them? In this case this would be NOTGNOME.

It's a known problem. I don't think it's ever going to be fixed with the Gecko backend.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
