Please describe the problem:
A new folder cannot be created in local.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Evolution
2. Select "On this computer"
3. Select "New Folder" and type the folder name




Actual results:
The folder is not created, in evolutions status bar an error message is displayed
"Error while Creating folder 'Inbox/folder1'"

Expected results:
The folder can be created.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
This only happens on Solaris.
