Description davidyan 2001-05-01 08:04:22 UTC
i've tried the power management checkbox in screensaver section on both
control-center 1.2.2 and 1.4.0.1 and they both don't work. tried both
xscreensaver 3.28 and 3.32 and no luck. tried manually xset +dpms with my
preferred standby, suspend and off values but gnome seems to run xset dpms
7200 7200 14400 and xset -dpms to disable dpms every so often. i had no
such problem with redhat 7.0 before upgrading to 7.1.

Does xscreensaver-command-prefs work? See
bug #53860 for details.
