Please describe the problem:
If I record a video, and then press 'stop', cheese shows black screen, and doesn't allow me to record/take shapshots anymore, unless I restart it

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start video recording
2. Stop video recording
3. Start video recording


Actual results:
I see empty application window

Expected results:
A new recording taking place

Does this happen every time?
Always
