Description ben+bugs 2008-06-17 22:14:13 UTC
Version: 2.12

Add to address book function fails

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Set up Evolution 2.12 with a single Personal address book (non-LDAP)
2.	Highlight an email in the inbox with preview pane showing
3.	RIght-click the contact in the preview and choose Add to address book
4.	Click OK in the Contact quick-add dialogue that appears

Because the contact quick-add dialogue does not automatically select an address book, the contact is not saved to if you fail to manually select an address book.

Better behaviour imho would be to default to the same address book as the Automatic Contacts option, as per Evolution preferences | Mail preferences | Automatic contacts

Apologies if this is dealt with already, I was unable to see a bug already filed that addressed this.

Thanks, great app. btw

Ben.
