Description Mikel Ward 2008-06-16 07:10:16 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When I click on my Unread search folder, it continues to show the same (or similar) messages as my Inbox (including several unread messages).

If I click back on my Inbox and on Unread a second time, it then shows the correct messages.

Steps to reproduce:
Rule name: Unread
Include threads: None
Find items: If all criteria are met
Status is not Read
Search folder sources: All local and active remote folders

I think the server is Cyrus IMAPd.

I'm also using an LDAP address book which seems to cause some hangs and otherweirdness.

Actual results:

Does this happen every time?

Cannot reproduce.
If you have time, could you please check again whether this issue still happens in Evolution 3.4.2 or 3.2.3 and update this report by adding a comment and changing the "Version" field and provide information about your distribution? Thanks a lot.
Comment 2 Milan Crha 2012-05-31 11:08:09 UTC
I made significant changes in vFolders for 3.5.2 (development version, will be part of 3.6.0 stable), where this is fixed (unless the folder has disabled auto-update and it is selected on start, where folders are added to it "when they are found", which afterwards require "Refresh" call).
