This drop down should be rewritten so that the default option is "Please select", and then if the user wants to select a directory, they can do so by clicking on "Please Select", and then can actually select "From Folder". 

The problem now is that to select a folder, you have to click on "Select Folder", which activates the drop down, and then you look at your new options, don't see what you're looking for, and you press cancel. The only way to make it work is to click "Select Folder", and then click it again once the drop down is activated.
